Functions
The York fitness bike 110 has good overall functionality which is probably enough to suit the needs of most people. It has all the basic features which would be expected from a fitness bike and goes a little bit further with a few extras. The main feature is the 8 different resistance levels. This means that you can add some variability to your routine by changing the difficulty. To change the gears, it requires you to twist a knob manually but that is the trade-off for a cordless bike. That is the other main feature of this bike. It doesn’t require any electricity apart from batteries for the LCD screen but they are not even required. That is generally a good thing but on the other hand, the pedals are not self-power which means that it feels quite different to bike from the gym. It is harder to turn the pedals as the do not continue to move themselves when you rotate them. I found this to be a bit of a bummer.

 Design
It doesn’t look particularly attractive but at the same time, is it meant to? It performs its task well and it isn’t there for show. It looks slightly cheaper than other bikes but it isn’t horrible. It can fit well in any room as it is quite small. Storage shouldn’t be a problem. I did find the saddle very comfortable and when cycling, it was easy to stay for a long period of time. It definitely doesn’t fail in the design department.

 Brand
York is a reliable brand known for making quality fitness products. This bike is no exception. While it isn’t one of their higher end products, it fits nicely in the middle range. If you’re looking for something slightly more expensive but that greatly improves upon this product, then I could recommend the York 210 Bike. https://www.amazon.co.uk/York-Fitness-Perform-210-Exercise/dp/B0085WVW2A/ref=sr_1_2?s=sports&ie=UTF8&qid=1514983122&sr=1-2&keywords=York+fitness+bike.

 Extra features
This bike has other features such as heart rate monitoring, distance tracker, timer, self-leveling pedals, adjustable seat and a drink bottle holder. All of these features add to the experience making it an overall better product. While most of those features are basic, when combined they create a really cool bike with lots of functionality. It is easy to keep record of all your cycles done by tracking them and saving them though the LCD can be hard to get the hang of using.

Setting up:
While I did not find setting the bike up an easy task, I did find it enjoyable. The bike has many different parts and for that reason, it came in a box with everything disassembled. It came with easy-to-read instructions which I found very easy to follow. I had 1 other person helping me to set it up and it took us approximately 1 hour to set it up. There were no problems with any of the pieces and they included extra in case any got lost. Overall, it was a very simple experience.

 Price
150£ may seem a little steep at first but then you realize what you get for it. You get a lot of cool and interesting features on top of the basic exercise bike. If you’ve done your research you can easily see that bikes in this market aren’t cheap. Many other exercise bikes are priced at 200£+ so 150£ honestly doesn’t seem that bad. It is money well spent. I have enjoyed working out with this bike and I have found it to be a worthwhile experience. For anyone looking to lose weight, become active or maintain their fitness, I would recommend this bike. Even though it is not a high-range fitness tracker, it has cool features to excite and it is enough to get anyone into shape. For these reasons, I highly recommend the York 110 exercise bike.
