I knew as soon as I tried these socks on that they would be a pleasure to wear during various activities. The material is really comfortable with very little room for improvement. The fabric used is high quality and definitely makes the socks a worthwhile investment. A great bonus is the fact that they are blister-free as blistering is a huge problem for many socks. I found them easy to wear for long durations of time.

Breathability:

I found the breathability of these socks to be a small drawback. While they perform well in most aspects, they were slightly too thick. They felt quite warm when tried on, but this can be a great bonus if you want to keep your feet warm in cold weather. After wearing them for a while when doing high-intensity activities it became quite warm. The problem is that the material doesn’t absorb sweat very well. It wasn’t a major problem but it was a minor flaw. For most uses, this shouldn't be a problem though.

Style:

The design of these socks can vary depending on whether you opt for the black or white pair. I personally had the black pair and I found them very stylish to wear. They wear the brand’s logo nicely and altogether it looks great although. They look quite similar to normal full-length socks as they are not very thick. I was happy to find this. I could also easily wear them like socks throughout the day.

Features:

One thing which is a really nice addition to these socks is the double-layering. With this, it adds more comfort and warmth. The two layers can move separate to each other but it is designed to make sure they don’t become separate from each other therefore I had no problems with this. One nice bonus they add with the packaging is 1000 Mile’s 1000 mile promise. It says if you are unhappy with the product or get a blister within 1000 miles, to send it back for a refund or replacement.

Price:

For the comfort and design, £12 isn’t very much to pay. They are very functional socks with everything required. It is hard to fault it so for that reason, £12 is a very reasonable price to pay. Although on the other hand, it can be quite easy to get good quality socks for sub-£8. With this £12 you will be paying  slightlyfor the clever design and the brand but it is not as big of a markup as you’d expect.
