Sound quality
For such a cheap device, I was shocked at the high sound quality produced from these small pair of speakers. It was akin to the quality of my expensive Sony ones. I was happy to use these as a permanent set of speakers for the kitchen. In addition, they are extremely portable so they are easy to carry around. It is great to get such a good sound quality on a pair of speakers such as these.
Battery
The 8 hours of battery recommend with these speakers was pretty accurate. I found them to last that length when using them non-stop. They even turn off themselves after a certain amount of time of them not being used which is a great feature as I always forget to turn them off. In addition to this, if you run out of battery and can’t charge it, you can simply use an aux cable (not provided). This can be handy but obviously makes the speakers not wireless.
Extra features
The main extra feature included, which isn't on most portable speakers, is the ability to hold your device on top of the speakers. There is a place to securely fit your device on top which makes it easy to change the music. It has a foldable stand behind to keep it upright. One other extra feature which I already mentioned was the ability to use an AUX cable to play music. This is a welcome addition to have on a portable speaker such as this.
Functionality
When using this device, there is only one buttion which is good as it is easy to use although it can be a little difficult to understand at first. To pair with your device, you have to hold down the middle button for 2 seconds. This was a little patchy at times but that was generally when switching from device to device. Other than this, the speakers functioned well and was a p,ensure to use.
Pairing
In general, pairing with these speakers were not an issue but occasionally when I tried to connect different devices at different times, it got mixed up and took a while to fix. Because of this, I would recommend just using one device to play music from to make it straightforward. Other than this problem, I found the connection length to be a very good distance and it wasn’t patchy at all. Once connected, it never disconnected.
Price
At £10, it is extremely difficult to beat the price but this device. It exceeded all expectations and was easy to use. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone looking for a good quality budget pair of speakers. For the features and portability, it will be hard to beat.
